All product prices available on our website include VAT applicable in the relevant countries, except in cases of transcription errors or technical issues. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be detailed during the checkout process and must be accepted by the user when placing the order. Products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
For European Union countries, the VAT rate is 21%. Companies within the EU with an intra-community VAT number, except in Spain, are exempt from paying this tax. For sales outside the EU, VAT will not be applied, but the buyer is responsible for any taxes and customs duties in the destination country.
Prices in other currencies are indicative and based on the daily exchange rate, so they may fluctuate. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
2. Purchase of Products and Order Formalization
To make a purchase, the user must follow the procedure indicated in the order section of our website. Once the order is completed, the user will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. The purchase contract is formalized when we receive the payment.
3. Payment for Products
Payment for products and shipping costs is made at the time of order confirmation, using credit or debit cards, PayPal, or bank transfer. The purchase receipt will be available in the "My Account" section, where the customer can download the invoice.
We do not store sensitive payment data; these are managed by the payment processing entity. Our website uses a secure server with SSL protocol to ensure transaction security.
To prevent fraud, we may request additional information from the user to verify the authenticity of purchases. If the user does not provide the requested information within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
4. Order Cancellation and Extension
The customer can cancel or extend their order through the "My Account" section. Cancellation or extension requests will not be accepted by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders under the circumstances indicated in the payment section of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Intellectual and Industrial Property
The domain fastome.com and the "Fastome" brand are owned by A&J International Brokers. Unauthorized use is prohibited. All rights to the content, design, and source code of the website are owned by A&J IB and are protected by current intellectual and industrial property legislation.
6. A&J IB's Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We do not assume liability for:
- Misuse of website content.
- Errors in website functionality or third-party links.
- Acts or omissions of third parties.
- Unauthorized access by minors.
We are committed to resolving any issues that arise and providing support to address any website-related incidents.
7. Partial Nullity
If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is declared null, the remaining clauses will remain in effect. The fact that we do not exercise any right does not imply a waiver of that right.
