6.2 Prices and Payments
All prices indicated on the Website include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) for residents in the European Union. 6.3 Shipping and Delivery Times

6.4 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without the need for justification. To exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The user must notify their decision to A&J IB in writing via form. The refund will be made once the product is returned and its condition is verified. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless it is due to an error by A&J IB.
