Order Delivery
1. Delivery Location:
A&J IB commits to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address provided by the customer. To optimize the delivery process, the provided address must be a location where delivery can be made during normal business hours.
If at the time of delivery the customer is absent, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange a new delivery. If, after 10 calendar days from the date of the notice, the customer has not contacted the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, the products will be returned to A&J IB’s warehouses, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs, as well as any associated management costs.
A&J IB will not be responsible for errors or damages caused in the delivery when the address provided by the customer is incorrect.
A&J IB may deliver products from the same order in separate shipments, on different dates.
At the time of delivery, the customer must present their identification to the carrier, sign the delivery receipt, and request a copy of it.
2. Delivery Time:
A&J IB will inform the customer of the delivery time before completing the purchase process.
A&J IB does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or national, regional, or local holidays.
A&J IB will send an email with the dispatch date of the order from its warehouses and the contact details of the carrier responsible for the delivery.
The risk of the products (including loss, damage, or theft) is transferred to the customer once the order has been made available to them, in accordance with these terms.
Some products sold on the website are imported. If the products are in stock, the delivery time may vary between 1 and 3 business days within the Iberian Peninsula. For other destinations, the delivery times are usually 4 to 7 business days and will always be communicated directly to the customer via email. The product will be delivered to the address provided by the customer, except in cases of force majeure.
If the delivery deadlines are exceeded, the customer may request A&J IB to deliver within an additional reasonable period. If A&J IB fails to do so within that period, the customer may cancel their order according to the conditions established in the product return section.
If the delay is due to force majeure, while the product is in the logistics phase, A&J IB will inform the customer, who will assume the costs derived from their cancellation request.
Delivery times are estimated and depend on the preparation and shipment of the order, as well as the customer's location. In the case of partial deliveries, the customer may only cancel the part of the order that has not yet been shipped.

1. Right of Return:
The customer has a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, in whole or in part, from the purchase, in accordance with applicable law.
After this period, A&J IB will not accept returns due to withdrawal.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Andorra, Gibraltar, Ceuta, Melilla, or other countries may be subject to additional fees and customs duties, determined by the customs authorities. A&J IB has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their cost. These customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the package at the destination. If the order is not collected, the amount will not be refunded.
Requirements for returns:
- The product must be in the same condition as delivered, with its original packaging and labeling.
- The return must be made using the same box or envelope used in the delivery, or, failing that, in a similar format that ensures the products are returned in perfect condition.
- The return receipt must be included in the package.
To request a return and obtain the return receipt, contact us via form. A&J IB will schedule the product collection and inform the customer by email of the date and time of the collection.
A&J IB will not be responsible for the direct costs and expenses caused by returns made in the exercise of the right of withdrawal, so the customer will bear the costs of the initial shipping and return.
Return shipping costs, as long as they are ordered by A&J IB, are currently €8.00 for the Peninsula (or €16.00 for large orders). We do not collect returns from the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, or other countries. From these territories, the customer must be responsible for the shipping process.
If the customer has benefited from free shipping with their purchase, the shipping costs will also be charged to the customer.
If the return includes at least one bulky item, the return and shipping costs will be recalculated for the corresponding territory.
2. Refund of Product Prices to the Customer:
In the event of withdrawal, the customer is entitled to a refund of the price of the returned products, provided that they are in the same condition in which they were delivered, have not been used, washed, damaged, unsealed, or lost before reaching A&J IB's facilities, and comply with the requirements established in these conditions.
Shipping costs for the return mentioned in the previous item will not be refunded.
A&J IB will verify the condition of the returned product and reserves the right not to refund if it detects that the purchased product and the returned product do not match or if the return was not made in accordance with these conditions.
Partial returns of an order will result in partial refunds of the price and shipping costs, calculated proportionally to the value of the returned product.
A&J IB will process the refund using the same payment method used by the customer, within 48 hours of confirming the arrival of the returned order at the warehouse, and no later than 14 calendar days after the customer communicated their withdrawal. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the customer's account depends on the card and issuing entity and may take up to 7 calendar days for debit cards and up to 30 calendar days for credit cards.
3. Return of Defective Products:
The customer is entitled to a refund of the price, shipping costs, and return costs of defective products or products that do not match the order, in accordance with applicable law.
In these cases, the return can be made in the same way as established in the previous section or by contacting customer service by phone or email. A&J IB will cover the return shipping costs.
Please note that all products shipped by A&J IB are tested and reviewed before leaving our warehouses to avoid any such incidents.
Return of Products that Require Installation:
Returns of products that require installation are not accepted once they have been installed and opened. From that moment on, the customer may only avail themselves of the product warranty in the event of manufacturing defects or malfunctions. The costs derived from technical service or any necessary intervention will be borne by the customer.
